A local author, Angela Hunt, has written a major film, called the note, which will likely have great success. This film will star Genie Francis, which is a former actor of the soap opera, "General Hospital."
The film was inspired by an Alaskan Airlines flight where over eighty passengers died, so that has a large portion to do with the plot of Hunt's film. It is about a woman no the search for a note from someone that had written one before an airplane crash. It will be interesting to see how much popularity this film gets.

Global Warning fix?
This isn't specifically for Tampa or Florida actually, but, as it is quite hot here, I figured I'd throw it in. I thought it was pretty interesting. Have any of you guys heard about the news about the idea of how possibly baking soda can perhaps help save the world from global warming? Probably not, I would guess, and I hadn't either until today. Baking soda is made by using carbon dioxide as one of the needed sources, so I can it can possibly make a little bit of sense for it to be a solution.
As most of you most likely know, smoke from the industrial smoke stacks is a large contributor to carbon dioxide in the earth's atmosphere, and, therefore, global warming. If you use this carbon dioxide to produce baking soda, then it solves the problem to a certain extent. I don't know how they are planning to make this idea work, and it is still pretty far away from becoming a reality I believe, but I guess it could be worth a try.
